I was born in spain in 1990,and i have the civil paper that i was born in spain and i lived in spain for 3 years but then i moved to jordan and i didnt take the passport and i have now iraqi passport and i am 20 years old now ,can anyone please help ?and let me know what to do to get the passport ???
