Hi all,we are living in the Alicante region and are wanting to move down to the Nerja/Friggiliana area.
We are a proffesional couple with no dependants,though our grown up children would probably disagree!
We are looking for a 4 bedroom property in the above area for long term rental.
Would prefer a direct tenancy rather than through an inmobiliara if only to avoid associated fees for all concerned
Tenancy agreement for 11 months to be drawn up and signed as normal under Spanish Law.
Anyone know of anything available,tenancy to start November?

As per my opinion you should get advice from expert so they can give you answer accordingly this mater because every country and even every state have different different law .
