Thanks for your reply
yes we have a Spanish embassy here in Jordan .
to answer why I need the passport so much is because its my right to have if not please correct me . since I was born there and I have a birth certificate . that was the 1st reason , 2nd reason is that I now Hold the Iraqi Passport which is useless in most of the European countries and even worst in the other 3rd world countries even in Jordan believe it or not . and to have a better level of education or to work in a decent place the Spanish passport or the Spanish nationality will help me much more, Especially when I want to apply for any University around the globe .

90kira,
again,
90kira,
what citizenship are your parents when you were born in spain? grandparents?
in your 3 year stay in spain, did you have a resident permit?
did your parents apply for spanish citizenship for you? if not, why did they apply?
did you ever have a spanish passport?

90kira,
since you were born in spain, the residency period requirement is reduced to 1 year before you can apply for spanish citizenship.
you were in spain until you were 3 years old, your parents had enough time to apply, but some people wait until it is too late.
do you still have the residency card?
you must apply for residency, either working or non working.
have you consulted the spanish embassy on the requirements?
