I’m going to be moving to Madrid in September for a one-year study abroad program, and I’ll be living in a residence hall/apartment-type housing. I just wanted to get an idea of how much electricity costs.

I’ll be charged 21? monthly for electricity usage, but it’s going to be regularized at the end of my stay based on how much I actually use. (So if I rack up more than 21? in monthly elec. use I’ll be charged for it.)

I’ll be living in a single, and it’s equipped with A/C and a heater. Hot water won’t be factored in.

Any thoughts?
