Alright here is the deal. I have a cousin of my fathers side in CUBA that has read about the law of becoming a legal Spanish citizen via decent of a Spanish relative. He has papers proving baptism of his grandfather but is that enough? He told me that he does not have a birth certificate of his grandfather, but if could he receive a negative giving the baptism legitimate power over the birth certificate.

His plan is for his mother to receive Spanish residency so he can also acquire the residency by relationship to his mom and then therefore his wife and daughters. It sounds complicated so that's why I am asking for help. This is my family I am talking about and I do care what happens.

Anyways please explain this simply to me or better yet give me information.

Or some emails or something, anything I am desperate.

If you can email me at l.ml@live.com.

with more help I can contact him in cuba and vise versa to get this problem settled.
