me ,my fiance and our baby are looking to move to spain ,we have our heart set on la vila joiosa but cannot find out the best way to set up residancey can anybody help me please .i have been learning spanish and we are really looking forward to setting up home there as we think its a beautiful country i need to know we are living in england atm and are to looking move within the next year.

tax rates , if there is council tax ,intenet rates,water rates,utilities rates,public transport ie trains taxi ect,income tax,health services,and any taxes i dont know about.??
