Under direct supervision of the Area Director or the Team leader, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business centre, including chief responsibility for the sales, operations, profitability, appearance and success of the centre. The General Manager will also be accountable for achieving and maintaining centre sales, marketing and financial objectives in conjunction with the Area Director. Other responsibilities will be the management and delivery of all client services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels, and the management/development of centre team. It is essential that you have the following qualifications: Bachelor Degree, fluency in English & Spanish, minimum 5 years of management experience, proven customer service and sales experience in a service related business to business environment, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 and IT/Telecoms conversant, demonstrated ability to work with financials, including P&L reports, forward order book and yield management.
