I?ve just bought a pair of very nice Ray Ban sunglasses from an upmarket shop in Azpeitia, Gipuzkoa. When I got home I went on the internet to see “how you know your RBs are genuine”.

There are a couple of factors which my new pair do not comply with. 1. The Logo on the box. 2. The distributors details in the box. 3. An authenticity card.

What is the best approach. Should I raise these issues with the shop or go to the police or council consumer office….I think they?re fakes!
