Living On The Hippy Market Punta Arabi

Hi,
I own a stall on a market in York and have always dreamed of moving to Ibiza. I recently decided I would love to move my family and my stall over and work and live on the hippy market in Punta Arabi.
I have been to Ibiza before and met some people who had done this but have been unable to work out how to do it myself. I have searched numerous sites online and had absolutly no luck.
I wondered if anyone could help me and give me some more info on doing this?
