Hi,

Could anyone please confirm the changes to the Family Reunification Visa in Spain?

I have heard that now if you are married to a non-Spanish, but Work Permit Holder you are now able to reunite with your spouse and immediately are also able to gain a work permit.

The old Reunification Visa would allow you to join your spouse in Spain and obtain residency, but no right to work.

Could somebody please confirm if they are aware of these changes.
