Does anyone know how bar PR workers obtain a license to work. They are becoming a real pain where I live and I would like check to see if they are licensed before I complain to the Police about their behavior.

I also understand that bars are limited to the number of PR workers they can have operating at any one time.

Any info or details of where I can find info would be appreciated.

PS I live in the Canary Islands (just in case that makes a difference).

I doubt they have resident or work permits, you could report them to the National Police, or Ministerio de Trabajo but you would need some clear information and be willing to be identified
