ok, this is the deal, my husband and I already have a house in spain fully paid for, we both have a nie number and are non -residendial in spain, have a bank account and paid our taxes. Our son is 4 years old and we want him to go to school for september 2008.

How do we go by and register him so that he has a fair chance to be enrolled to public spanish school, what are the procedures and how long does it take?

Can someone who already live there can advise? help much needed, altough we won’t be going for at least a year I want to be make sure that we are doing everything properly
