Hi,

I’m moving to Spain from the UK in the new year, and I’m planning on relocating my business there too, as I have an online business. 

I’ve read that there is a special expat tax of 25% but does this only apply if you are employed by a Spanish company? Or can I benefit from this special rate if I’m a self employed sole trader?  And if so, does anyone know what my first port of call would be?
