In six weeks, I will obtain my second passport as a legal citizen of a former Spanish colony (Philippines).  I currently live in the US.
I’d like to start my two-year residency in Spain very soon with a non-lucrative residence visa.  Do I need to stay in country during the whole two years? Is there flexibility in the income requirements for the non-lucrative residence visa?
