Commuting to Gibraltar

I'm looking for work in Spain but I come from an office background (accounts) and know that, in the coastal resort areas (where we want to live near) there is not much need for this type of work. I've heard that there is more office work available in Gibraltar and wondered if that was true? Also if I was to live in the Costa Del Sol what would the commute be like? I'm also after any other towns that people know of around the Costa's that I could commute from to work in larger towns? Many thanks
