Hello everyone, my name is Henry I live in southern California and my grandparents on my fathers side came to the US in 1920 From La Coruna. It is my understanding that I would be eligible for duel citizenship under Law 52/2007, known as the Law of Historical Memory. I would like to do this as a way of honoring them.
So, what I would like to know is what is the best way that I should proceed? Is there a firm or persons that handles this type of thing, Or would I be better off doing it myself, traveling to Spain? I don’t know where to start and all the forms that I find are in
Spanish making it a little difficult. all help will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Henry
