Any IT jobs in Barcelona or Tarragona area?

Hello all.
I am looking for an IT job (hopefully) in the Barcelona or Tarragona area. I have experience mainly with systems and networks, but I have also done some light programming and would like to get involved more if given the opportunity.

I would appreciate any advice on the best way to proceed. Is it with websites like Infojobs or Tecnoempleo, or finding information about companies and calling on the phone/visiting?

So far I depended only on Infojobs and Tecnoempleo but it doesn't seem to lead anywhere. I understand the job market might be difficult right now, but I didn't expect such "bad" results of the job search. I am very good in IT, I have significant experience and I am a good worker too (excellent references).

Am I doing something wrong or simply there is no way to find a job right now?
