what CH: means

I'm looking at the mls listings for homes and if you look at the link it shows # of bedrooms baths etc.

Then it shows A/C : yes and CH : No.

Can anyone tell me what that means? My guess is condo fees, but it could be children.....lol.

Thanks Fiona

Yes that what it means .........here is a few more:
sqm = Square Metres (either built size or plot size)
Pts = Pesetas (The currency previous to the EURO - the older Spanish still like to talk in Pts! 1 EURO = 166 pts ie around 1 million pts = 6,000 euro)
Pre Inst A/C = Pre installation of air conditioning ie the tubes etc but no a/c units
F/F = Fully furnished
8 x 4 pool = 8 metres by 4 metres (the typical average size)
H & C A/C = Hot and cold air cond system. (Yes they can also be heaters useful in the winter!)
ono = Or Near Offer
