I live in Tenerife and am claiming paro. I have been offered a job with a contract of 5 hours a week. I’d like to takw this as it may lead to another contract with more hours at the same company. Will I still be entitled to claim paro if I do this as I can’t manage on 5 hours work a week? Also, if I am entitled to claim do I legally have to let them know? If anyone can advise it would be much appreciated, especially if they have had experience in this area or know the law.
