In January I lost ITV on my ‘free to view’ Sky box. Strangely enough, I still get ITV+1. An engineer came out to try and fix it but had no idea why it wasn’t working. His meter detected a poor or weak signal from the satellite to the dish but couldnt explain why.

This happened in January and the engineer came last week. He did get it working but did not know how. Within 5 hours it dropped off again (1 hour before the Champions league Arsenal V Barcelona match!).

Does anyone have an idea?

Anyway, I sense the return match won’t have the same outcome, maybe it’s better if you don’t watch it all.. Best of luck with the telly!
