I am a US citizen considering moving to Tarragona (near Barcelona) with my family to be in the same town as my mother. I am the president of a S-corp that works on government contracts.  I would like to essentially telecommute from Tarragona and continue to work remotely with my clients with occaisional travel to the United States as required.

Can anyone provide me with information related to tax consequences or what type of visa I should be applying for? Or anyone with a similar situation who has successfully done this?
