My husband and I are planning on moving to the Valencia area the end of this year.  We are both US citizens, currently living in the US on pensions. 

Since we do not speak the language well yet, we are thinking we might need to contact an “agent” who could guide us, in English, through the process of residency, leasing an apartment, health care, etc.
