Hi,
I’m a US citizen and have been fortunate enough to have my first residency renewal application approved.  Unfortunately, I will need to spend a lot of time in the US this year, and was wondering if there is a minimum number of days that I need to be in Spain per calendar year in order to qualify for a residency renewal once my current one expires.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind, I think I found the information I need.  In case anyone else is interested, the minimum duration to qualify as a Spanish resident is 182 days (per website below).  If anyone has heard differently, please let me know.
