So from 1st June 2011 anyone who wishes to advertise on our site will have to make a small payment to list the property for sale, that cost will be for as long as it takes, with your own dedicated page with upto 12 photo’s and property description, you can check the stats and you take any enquiries direct, no paying us the commission which as you know can be anything from 3 -15 percent.

Just to update you, we have now introduced low cost advertising for “properties for sale”, you can advertise on our site for just ?5.00 per month with no fixed term and no commission, advertise as long as you want and then walk away if it is not for you.

Just ?5.00 per month that is all, all enquiries come direct to you, we have no involvement at all.
