We are wondering if someone can tell me what the proccess is. We will be over soon to look at rental properties and was wondering if it is straight forward. I am in the Costa Del Sol region but I guess it is the same in Alicante. What you have said is about it, apart from most agencies charge an arrangement fee for the contracts etc - 200/300 euros. Happy house hunting!!
