Did you know that no banks will accept sterling travellers cheques now over here?? We just found out this morning…..apparently this was started five months ago.

You now iban you money are throught you ATM card .
lot faster and easy , travellers cheques , you can exchange both cash and travellers cheques at exchange offices ? usually indicated by the word cambio (exchange). They abound in tourist resorts and other places that attract high numbers of foreigners. Generally they offer longer opening hours and quicker service than banks, but worse exchange rates. Their commissions are, on occasion, outrageous
