Hi

I am moving to Spain from the UK in a few weeks and my Filippino g/fr wants to join me and neither of us will need to work. She has applied for a visa in the Philippines but keeps failing her medical. Any suggestions is the visa the right route or is there another avenue that wont require a medical.
Also what are the consequences or problems if she comes into the country as a visitor and just stays.
